Process
Deep 3D CNC relief routing on solid hardwood or high-density MDF for doors and arch, finished in warm teak or oak stain with optional clear lacquer.
Details
The TD147 design set comprises two tall identical mirrored door leaves and a separate horizontal toran-style arch with a multi-lobed scalloped underside. Each door centers on a carved guardian face—kirtimukha or lion-like emblem—within an elaborate cartouche of scrolls and tassels, framed by deep rectangular moldings, crown-like swags above, and a balanced lower inset panel.
Dense acanthus leaves and swirling C- and S-curve filigree cover the arch and door flourishes, demanding multi-pass 3D CNC machining in teak, oak-tone hardwood, HDMR, or MDF. Warm medium wood finishes with polished highlights emphasize the regal neo-classical and traditional Indian grandeur of the set.
