Process
Design & Programming: The intricate "Rock & Flowers" design is translated from a high-resolution 3D digital model (ArtCam) into precise machine code. Machining: Carved using a heavy-duty, high-precision CNC router with specialized 3D ball-nose bits to achieve smooth curves and deep relief details without splintering. Finishing (MDF): Machine-sanded, coated with a high-build primer, and finished with a premium matte or satin spray paint (as seen in the teal example). Finishing (Solid Wood): Hand-sanded to preserve fine details, followed by wood stain and a protective clear polyurethane sealant to highlight the natural wood grain.
